DiKO supports social organizations in Munich in developing diversity strategies, putting them into practice, and embedding them in their organizational structures. The focus is on migration and racism.

The goal is to promote diversity within organizations, eliminate discrimination, and enable equal participation, particularly for people with a migration background or those who have experienced racial discrimination.
